Don’t let your lack of time (or worse, the scary thought of flavorless food) stop you from committing to cooking healthy meals.  I SWEAR you can enjoy a DELICIOUS meal that’s good for your body and fits into your schedule.  My good friend Tammy Ford found out the flavorful way when I taught her how to make my “Dirty Rice” grain bowl recipe!

The dish is quick, clean and FULL OF FLAVOR thanks to lean ground turkey seasoned with my homemade spice blend, a ton of tasty veggies & aromatics and the STAR ingredient – the Whole Grain & Brown Rice blend from VeeTee rice.

Once the protein and veggies are prepped and flavored (which takes 20 minutes tops), the VeeTee Rice gets added and only needs 2 minutes to cook.  SOOOOO in less than 30 minutes, a mouthwatering, nutritionally balanced bowl of goodness is on the table and ready to be devoured!
